Wallet top-ups and payment troubleshooting
NoxProxy plans are paid from a wallet balance in US dollars. This guide explains how the top-up works, what a FAILED invoice means, and how to retry safely.
How the wallet works
- The minimum top-up is $1; amounts are in whole dollars and cents. A new deposit is a separate step from buying a plan — the wallet is debited only when a proxy is provisioned.
- Top-ups go through a crypto checkout. The invoice shows the exact amount to send in the coin you choose; each checkout stays open for a limited time (up to about 12 hours).
- Your dashboard shows every invoice with its status. A pending invoice updates automatically once the payment confirms — usually within minutes.
Why an invoice can end as FAILED
- The checkout expired before any payment. If you never sent funds, simply start a new top-up.
- The sent amount or coin did not match, or the transfer is delayed or awaiting confirmation. A FAILED status alone cannot tell which of these happened — only the verification described below can.
A FAILED invoice never deducts from your wallet balance — that part is certain. Whether funds left your wallet app is a different question the status cannot answer. If you already transferred crypto, do not send a second payment — go straight to verification below. If you never paid, the deposits page has a Top up again action that prefills the same amount.
Checklist for a successful payment
- Open the checkout from the deposits page and keep it open while you pay.
- Send the exact amount shown, from a wallet you control.
- Use the same coin and network you selected in the checkout — this is the most common cause of mismatches.
- Leave the deposits page open after paying; it updates when the payment confirms.
When to contact support
If you already transferred funds and the invoice still shows FAILED about 30 minutes after the transfer, use Copy support summary next to the failed invoice (on the deposits page) and email support@noxproxy.io so the transfer can be verified against the payment provider before you decide anything else. The summary contains only the invoice number, amount, status and time — never share your account password or wallet seed phrases with anyone.
