What to know before choosing your first proxy.
Can I try NoxProxy for free?
Eligible new accounts that sign up with Google and a verified email can request one free 2-hour mobile proxy from the dashboard, with no payment needed. The trial is limited to one per person, device and network, subject to available capacity and daily limits. VPN or datacenter connections are not eligible.
How does IP rotation work?
Rotation is a manual dashboard action that switches to a different available server, where your plan supports it. It is not automatic rotation on every request. Mobile network conditions can change the exit IP, so a fixed IP for the full plan duration is not guaranteed.
Do you support SOCKS5 and HTTP?
Username/password plans support HTTP or SOCKS5 where available on the selected server. Injection plans use HTTP only with an authorized client IP, without username/password authentication. Check the plan auth type and use the protocol and connection details shown in your dashboard.
What if a proxy stops working — refunds and replacements?
If activation fails outright, the reserved amount returns to your wallet automatically. If the provider result is unclear, the amount is held safely while our reconciliation process verifies with the provider and then either completes your proxy or refunds the wallet — you can watch that status on the dashboard, and support can resolve it manually if needed.
