1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NoxProxy website and our premium proxy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using our site and services.

2. Use License

NoxProxy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our proxy solutions strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use our proxy services for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to cyberattacks, distribution of malware, or unauthorized access to networks.

3. Proxy Service Terms

Acceptable Use: Our proxies may only be used for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your proxy connections.

Prohibited Activities: The following are strictly prohibited: illegal content access or distribution, spamming, phishing, DDoS attacks, unauthorized network access, scraping in violation of website terms, and any activity that violates applicable laws.

4. Account Terms

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments: All payments are processed through our supported payment provider (Cryptomus). Prices are displayed in USD.

No Refunds on Activated Proxies: Once a proxy session has been activated and credentials delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Technical Failure Refunds: If a proxy fails to function due to a technical issue on our end within 24 hours of activation, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting support@noxproxy.io.

Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for our proxy services, however this is a target and not a guarantee. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms, use of proxies for prohibited activities, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of our infrastructure. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any remaining balance is non-refundable upon termination for cause.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NoxProxy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined below.

10. Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@noxproxy.io. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

Step 2: If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
